Pole Secrets are proud to offer a specialised Aerial Arts Fitness Program for adults which is inspired by circus aerial and influenced by pole technique. These lessons have been developed and stylized by unique, renowned aerial artists from around the world.

Each session utilizes a variety of exercises, both aerial and ground based, including Low Trapeze and Silks. In these lessons you will physically increase your strength, flexibility and balance. This is a highly recommended counterpart to any advanced pole training for enhancing personal ability.

Similar muscle groups are used in both in aerial and Pole Fitness which creates a visually mesmerizing combination
. Please be aware that certain health and fitness requirements are pre-requisite when attempting this type of dance.

This course is currently only available in the Maidstone Pole Secrets Studio.
