I love pole dancing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I have a great time, but more importantly, the results are unbelievable! Every year my resolution has been the same, to get fit and every year, despite my good intentions I'm keen for a month then it starts to wane. I've tried running, aerobics, the gym etc but as soon as life gets in the way, I stop. This all changed when I signed up for beginner's Pole Fitness. The instructors were friendly and so enthusiastic! I absolutely loved it even after I ached in muscles I didn't even know I had! A year later and I'm still on the pole, although this time I'm upside down!
