We love nothing more than new recruits wanting to learn pole dancing. We will help you on your journey to a slimmer and more confident you. Our venues have been selected carefully so that you can carry out your training in a location that you can feel comfortable in.

You will have fun with us and learn lots of new things, not just about Pole Dancing but also about how your body works and what kind of nutrition will help you lose weight and gain strength!

I love pole dancing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! I have a great time, but more importantly, the results are unbelievable! After my first six-week session, I saw strength in my arms, a flatter tummy and dare I say a firmer bum. My energy is up and I have been receiving many complements about my improved figure. If only I had known about pole dancing sooner! A full-body workout, which does not put me to sleep like the gym!

Every year my resolution has been the same, to get fit and every year, despite my good intentions I'm keen for a month then it starts to wane. I've tried running, aerobics, the gym etc but as soon as life gets in the way, I stop. This all changed when I signed up for beginner's Pole Fitness. The instructors were friendly and so enthusiastic! I absolutely loved it even after I ached in muscles I didn't even know I had! A year later and I'm still on the pole, although this time I'm upside down!
