Pole Secrets Announces the Venue Klash 2009 Results

The ‘First Ever Pole Battle Live in The O2’ has now happened! As the UK’s premier Pole Dance Fitness School, Pole Secrets are always at the fore front of Pole Fitness and responsible for driving the sport forward. They have set the standards again within Pole Dance Fitness competition with their O2 event VENUE KLASH on 12th November 2009. This event gave the general public an opportunity to witness sports history being made, and spectate the sport in its true form giving it the credit it deserves.



VENUE KLASH comprised of the 10 Pole Secrets venues from London, Kent and Essex hitting the stage in a structured Pole Battle. Pole Secrets made sport history by being the first to introduce grading within the unique Pole Secrets Syllabus. Each Klasher’s performance was marked on technique, creative interpretation, athleticism and the artistry of Pole Dance Fitness. There is no hiding quite how big the sport has become with Pole Battles being held at the prestigious O2 venue!

The Head Judge of this remarkable event was Claire Wright, the Founder and Managing Director of Pole Secrets.

“I am so proud that our journey over the last few years has lead us to this point and I am so impressed with the students and the quality of their performances. I would like to personally congratulate my teachers as well as my brilliant students,” says Claire.

Other top industry professionals joining Claire on the Judging Panel included Linda Regan - South East representative of the International Dance Teacher’s Association, Nana Klimek - Founder of HeadNod Talent Agency and Mark Battershall - an exciting and diverse top international choreographer.

Pole Secrets were one of the first Pole Dance Fitness schools in the UK.
