Pole Dancing Lessons - Level 1
This is a six week training programme for complete beginners and is written to introduce you to the art of Pole Dance Fitness. All our classes are 1hr 15 minutes and consist of a basic warm up, stretches and strength exercises and then we get to the fun part where you will be learning a series of pole moves. You will have one class each week.
All our instructors are friendly and helpful, and our classes are great fun. We keep the class sizes small so that they are not overcrowded and you get plenty of time on the pole. All our classes are held within professional dance studio environments so that you can feel totally comfortable.
This course is for beginners, so do not worry as no dance experience is required and it is suitable for all ages, shapes and sizes. It is a fantastic way to get fit and have fun at the same time.
