Stage 1
This is a six-week course. This course is for complete beginners and is written to introduce you gradually to the art of Pole Dance.
Each lesson is one hour fifteen minutes. Your lesson will consist of a five-minute warm up and then ten minutes of MSE (Muscular Strength Endurance).
This is where we target the muscle groups that you will be using on the pole, as you will be lifting your body weight we concentrate on upper body and core strength.
You will then be taught various pole moves throughout each lesson. We also cover filler moves enabling you to create your own routines.
There is an element of dance in this course but you do not have to be co-ordinated or have previous experience in dance.
At the end of each lesson we have a ten-minute stretch. This is to promote flexibility, which helps towards creating pole perfection.
