Level 2 CYQ Exercise to Music Course comprises:

Theory component of anatomy and physiology (home study)

Workshop based subjects:

Practical teaching skills and instruction
Warm up and how to apply the aerobic curve
Muscular strength and endurance
Flexibility and stretching techniques
Choreography

Entry Requirements:
There are no entry requirements for enrolment on to this course although candidates are advised to have regularly participated in Exercise to Music classes and have a reasonable quality of movement.

Assessment and Certification:
All candidates are required to complete a theory test and a practical assessment. Relevant components of assessment will be covered during the course.
