Loren

Loren is trained as a professional dancer specializing in contemporary and ballet techniques. After graduating from the well-known Laban Centre in 2007, she studied and performed hip-hop dance in both New York and London.

Loren continually explores new styles of dance such as Jazz and Salsa and in her continual bid to be a versatile dancer.

Loren found pole dancing through Pole Secrets and fell in love with the technique, form and style.

Loren is a fully qualified fitness and Pilates instructor. Loren is also a very compassionate teacher and draws upon her knowledge from fitness and dance to give a fun, challenging and rewarding class to the students.

Claire

Claire started dancing at the age of three, studying ballet, tap and modern dance. She then continued studying dance at Stella Mann College, a prestigious stage school in London.

She has danced her way around the world including Mexico and India.

She finished her contract in Mexico to return to England to start her family and decided to take lessons with Pole Secrets. After her first lesson she was hooked and now has the privilege to teach for Pole Secrets.

Claire brings a real fun and exciting edge to her class and loves every minute of the classes she teaches.

Louise

Louise started dancing as a child studying ballet, jazz, and contemporary dance, and has maintained a passion and love for dance throughout her adult life.

She is a mum to three children, who are her proudest achievements.

Louise is passionate about health and fitness, which led to her gaining a degree in Sports Therapy, Health and Fitness, making one of her specialist areas Injury Rehabilitation.  Louise is passionate about helping individuals realize their potential and reach their goals.

She is a Sports Therapist and teaches a variety of classes as a group exercise instructor providing fun and enjoyment for all.  Louise is qualified in Exercise to Music and an advanced instructor level 3.

Since being introduced to pole dance, Louise has fallen in love with the art of pole dancing gaining further fitness and immense enjoyment!.


Alesia

Alesia started dancing ballet at the age of four. From the small age of 11 Alesia trained at a circus school and then worked in National Circus of Belarus as gymnast and dancer. She has been pole dancing since 1997. Alesia is a mesmerizing performer and very inspiring to watch.

Alesia is qualified level 3 instructor and only joined Pole Secrets in 2008; we look forward in welcoming you Alesia.


Alessia

Before moving into the fitness industry, Alessia was a gymnast. This enabled her to have a through understanding of what the body is capable of. Gymnastics requires tremendous discipline, which she now brings into her sessions as an instructor.

Alessia has been a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for six years. She is teaches a variety of classes and joined pole secrets in 2007. She is passionate, enthusiastic and her classes are very energetic and fun!

Alessia has traveled the world and loves challenges. She looks for commitment and consistency from her students and gets excited to see the physical and emotional transformation that they go through.


Rachel

Rachel is also a full time mum to her 2 young children, who are her real joys in life and who keep her very fit and busy.

Rachel has always been involved in sports since a young age, basketball, netball, football and tennis. Swimming being the sport she excelled in with setting several records for the England Under 18’s team in her youth, as well as diving and synchronized swimming for the Queen in her teenage years.

Other than Pole Dancing Rachel loves to spend any spare time MuayThai kickboxing, belly dancing and surfing, which she spends her summers doing.


Emma

Emma has been dancing since the age of six and even as a child had success whilst performing in pantomimes and commercials.

She was trained at the Brit School (one of the most prestigious performing arts schools).

She danced her way round the world traveling on cruise ships then came home to concentrate on her dance and choreography career.

Emma is one of the kindest people you could meet and not to mention a very talented performer. She is a great asset to our team.


Gemma

Gemma was one of the first students of Pole Secrets.

She has progressed through all levels and assisted Claire becoming an assistant to her and the company.

She subsequently became a qualified music to exercise instructor and started taking her own classes.

Gemma is now is one of Pole Secrets most advanced instructors and performers. Her lessons are very popular and not to mention fun.

She is extremely supportive with her students and this has made her a very valuable and popular part of Pole Secrets.


Sarah

Sarah has danced since the age of three and studied the art of ballet, tap and modern dance.

She has traveled the world and tried many extreme sports and is always looking for something exciting and new to do.

Sarah has been a successful model and is pursuing her singing career, which she has ahead of her.

Claire introduced her to Pole dancing and she has trained with her ever since. She brings great joy and beauty to the classes.

She loves teaching, which is really apparent when in her lesson. Sarah is a talented burlesque performer and an exciting part of the Bedtime Stories.

Sarah is a qualified exercise to music instructor and adapts her routines in the classes giving them a totally up to date edge.


Sue

Sue is a very passionate teacher but it is not just her passion for pole dancing that makes her such an inspirational teacher.

Behind her soft giggly exterior lurks a determined brown belt kick boxer.

Inevitably with this in mind she brings a different approach to each lesson.

Not only does she juggle her time with pole dancing and kick boxing, she is also a full-time hair stylist.

She has become an indispensable part of the Pole Secrets team aiding all hair and makeup for events, shows and photo shoots.


Kelly

Kelly began her dance training at the tender age of three.

She had a seven-year career as a professional dancer, which enabled her to travel the world, working and living in countries such as Japan and the U.S.A.

Kelly has had success on both stage and screen in her formative years.

Her repertoire has included the UK tour of The Mask Musical, the film Alfie and playing the part of Cinderella in Jim Davidson’s Cinderella.

Kelly is a qualified Personal Trainer and her specialist areas include injury rehabilitation, sports specific training and core conditioning.

Kelly was introduced to pole dancing by Claire and now considers it to be one of the most enjoyable and yet challenging total body workouts that she has experienced.
