Product Sales & Support Executive

Pole Secrets, the leading national Pole Fitness School is looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful professional to join their lively Maidstone office.

Salary (Competitive)

Hours: Part Time: Five days x six hours a day (negotiable)

Job Profile:

Sales & Support Duties
Outbound sales calls
Sales administration
Confirming orders
Processing payments and booking forms

Financial Duties
Checking Invoices for accuracy & compliance
Credit control
Debt management
Finance reporting

Product Management Duties
Ensuring all products are correctly displayed and advertised
Liaising with Venues
Informing & updating Tutors

Customer Service Duties
Answering requests for information by phone & email
Resolving complaints and other issues by phone and email

General Duties
Assisting with marketing campaigns as necessary
Assisting with direct marketing
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Ad hoc duties as requested

Attributes:

• Proven sales experience is essential
• Proven customer service experience is essential
• A passion for Health & Fitness is desirable
• Accurate and numerate
• Ability to prioritise
• Highly organised
• Excellent telephone manner
• Very good written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate IT skills (especially Word and Excel)
• Works well under own initiative
